Maintain a digital wallet

Send and receive money locally and internationally

Pay bills and utilities

Buy airtime and data

Pay merchants

Cash in and cash out through verified agents

Make payments for goods and services

Support business and trade payments to global suppliers

Service Modifications

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time for operational, legal, or security reasons. We will provide notice when required by law.

Transaction Processing

All transactions are processed based on your instructions, applicable law, verification requirements, and the availability of partner financial institutions. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Note: Service availability varies by country and is subject to regulatory approval. Myrica Pay does not offer cryptocurrency transfers.

Eligibility & Registration

To use the Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate personal information

Comply with all applicable laws

Not appear on sanctions or prohibited persons lists

Note: You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Identity Verification (KYC)

We are required by law to verify your identity.

You agree to provide accurate information including:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Government-issued ID
  • Selfie verification (biometric)
  • Source of funds (when required)

Note: We may request additional information at any time. Failure to provide requested information may result in service restrictions or account closure.

Fees & Payments

All fees, exchange margins, and charges will be shown transparently before you complete a transaction.

Fees may vary by: Country, Payment method, Transaction type, Currency, and Delivery method.

By completing a transaction, you authorize Myrica Pay to charge all applicable fees.

6.

Exchange Rates

For transfers involving currency conversion, the exchange rate will be shown to you before completion. Exchange rates fluctuate and may differ from public sources.

7.

Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel a transfer only if funds have not been disbursed to the recipient.

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Required compliance checks fail
  • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
  • The transaction violates our Terms or the law

User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for illegal or prohibited purposes

Misrepresent your identity

Share account access

Use Myrica Pay for fraud, scams, or money laundering

Interfere with the operation of the platform

Transmit viruses, bots, or malicious software

Note: You are responsible for accurate recipient information.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, logos, and software belong to Myrica Pay or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.

Third-Party Services

Some features rely on partner banks, mobile money operators, financial institutions, and vendors.

We are not responsible for the actions or performance of these third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Error-free operation
  • Virus-free services
  • Any specific delivery time

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myrica Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability to you will never exceed: (a) the amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months or (b) USD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myrica Pay from any claims related to your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
